Quietly tucked away just two minutes' walk from a wide and sandy dune backed beach this very comfortable and well furnished single storey property lies a short stroll from an extensive range of amenities. Newly refurbished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard it is perfect for all age groups – a family friendly pub and restaurant are only 300 yards away and shops theatre a swimming pool sports centre cycle hire a skate park and a Sun Centre with indoor water slides and wave machine are all under ½ mile. A wealth of lively facilities including go karts nightclubs and an amusement arcade can be enjoyed in Rhyl 1 mile. Conwy's magnificent castle and fine shopping in Llandudno are about 20 miles distant whilst the Roman city of Chester is renowned for its cultural attractions as well as its superb shopping opportunities. Golf fishing tennis and riding can all be found nearby and Snowdonia's spectacular mountains and outdoor pursuits are under an hour's drive.
