Situated on the 2nd floor and accessed by stairs, this apartment is heated by electric central heating and comprises:

Entrance hall.

Lounge: With superb beach views, electric flame effect fire, flatscreen colour TV, DVD and radio/CD player. This room also has double a sofa bed.

Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (sorry no ice box), washing machine and dishwashing machine.

Master bedroom: With quality linen, sea views, double bed and en-suite shower room with double shower cubicle, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: With twin zip and link beds, which can be made up as a super king bed or full size twins, this bedroom commands spectacular views and has quality linen.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Situated in an enviable position on The Crescent in the unspoilt coastal resort of Filey, as the name suggests Beach View overlooks the wonderful sandy Blue Flag beach which can be accessed approximately 200 yards from this beautiful 2nd floor apartment. Lovingly furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard, the owners have paid attention to detail to ensure a superb holiday home for couples and families alike. From the lounge and bedrooms, views towards Filey Brigg and Flamborough Head may be enjoyed from this desirable position.

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available.

On street parking to the front and side on a first come first served basis.
