Enjoying an unrivalled position and stunning views over the sea harbour entrance and beach these award winning cottages lie at the very eastern edge of Whitby yet only a 300 yard walk down cobbled streets to the harbour bridge. Sensitively rebuilt from a former old smoke house they offer well designed spacious interiors double glazing and cosy heating. An ideal location whatever the season – in summer for the safe beach just 100 yards from the door and in winter for the exhilarating drama of crashing waves and spectacular views. A traditional fishing town with a maritime heritage Whitby boasts the Captain Cook Museum craft and antique shops galleries jewellers selling the famous Whitby Jet tea rooms gourmet fish restaurants pubs galore and a host of other attractions. Extensive walking can be enjoyed locally on the Cleveland Way cliffs top paths or surrounding moorlands whose pretty villages are also a delight to explore.
