SPECTACULAR COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS IN PEACEFUL LOCATION CAN SLEEP UP TO 16 (EXTRA CHARGES APPLY)This large spacious bungalow is set in its own large level enclosed garden with play equipment trampoline and football nets. For the less energetic there are 2 more tranquil seating areas to just sit and admire the stunning views. Situated just a few miles from the traditional Devon villages of Buckland Brewer and Woolfardisworthy both offering a pub (serving food) village shop post office and church and are easily reached within a few miles. Ideally placed for touring the whole of North Devon and Cornwall with its wealth of popular sandy surfing beaches and beautiful sheltered coves as well as a host of attractions to suit all tastes which include The Milky Way The Big Sheep RHS Rosemoor Dartington Crystal and The Tarka Trail to name but a few. The accommodation which is on one level and well suited for disabled access offers SIX bedrooms: 5 doubles (1 with en-suite shower room and WC) and 1 triple with en-suite shower room and WC (1 of the doubles is accesed via the triple bedroom). Bathroom: family size with WC fully wheelchair accessible. Another separate WC off the hall. Lounge/kitchen/diner: seamlessly flowing open-plan room with 55" TV with Blu-ray and surround sound cosy seating woodburner (first basket of logs free) dining table and chairs and well equipped modern kitchen with range cooker microwave washer/dryer dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. Enjoy a large spacious conservatory with pool table large flatscreen TV and further seating. Outside: large level garden and 2 patio areas 1 at the front and 1 leading off the conservatory. There is garden furniture seating and large stainless steel BBQ. Amenities: 4 adult bicycles for use. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels and central heating included. First £20 of electric included. Please be aware that Stonewold is strictly a no smoking property. 2 dogs welcome however guests are kindly asked to keep them in the conservatory.
