Situated on a working farm guests are welcome to roam the land and watch seasonal activities including lambing calf feeding and harvesting. Set just on the border of Exmoor National Park you will be spoilt for choice with magnificent pathways picturesque villages and character moorland pubs. The North Devon coast boasts some of the best beaches in the country with Croyde Saunton Woolacombe and Westward Ho! all within a 45 minute drive. It is a perfect retreat for those seeking a countryside getaway yet is conveniently located for the many amenities and attractions North Devon has to offer. Facilities on site include stabling and grazing for your own horse(s) livery yard and lessons for you and your own horse with the owner who is a qualified BHSAI instructor can be arranged at a reasonable charge prior to your stay to avoid disappointment. The whole of the ground floor is on one level carefully designed to allow people who are partially disabled to enjoy the property and offers THREE bedrooms: all with tea and coffee making facilities and TV.
