Situated in a very sought after area to the east of Christchurch Harbour. This lovely chalet style house is 400 metres level stroll along a tree lined avenue on an ashphalt pavement from Steamer Point and Avon Beach. The elegantly furnished property is the perfect holiday home for beach lovers explorers of Thomas Hardy country or the New Forest/Isle of Wight area and for all 3 generation family groups or guests with restricted mobility. Close by are superb cliff top walks National Trust properties with beautiful gardens and numerous attractions including Buckler’s Hard Beaulieu Poulton's Park Alice in Wonderland Family Park and Christchurch Priory. Christchurch offers shops restaurants cinema and leisure facilities. In the evening you could BBQ in Seaways fully enclosed private garden with seating and summer house or just stroll to the local pub.. Seaways has FOUR bedrooms: ONE ground floor with super- king or twin beds en-suite shower room and WC and double doors opening straight onto the fully enclosed rear patio/garden. Upstairs are 1 double 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. Family bathroom: with shower over and WC. Also on the ground floor are the lounge dining room and kitchen/breakfast room. Lounge: with TV DVD and Freeview hi-fi with MP3 input and coal effect gas fire. Dining room. Kitchen/breakfast room: well- equipped with hob double oven fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine tumble dryers and microwave. Entrance hall with WC. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities : Seaways has ample off-road parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included during April to September and an extra heating supplement of £75 per week during October to the end of March. Towels for hire. Security deposit of £350 for non fair wear and tear items which is returnable post departure subject to inspection. Both the heating supplement and the security deposit are payable in advance directly to the owner. Regret no pets. Location: beaches shops pubs and a golf course all well within a 15 minute level walk.
