Games room: on the ground floor under the oldest part of the building a communal function/games room with a selection of games pool table and additional dining area. Outside: within the shared gardens you can watch the free roaming ducks and geese enjoy the deep ponds and river that runs through the mill (adults and children to take care) attracting a wealth of wildlife including herons kingfishers woodpeckers swans and deer.
