The spacious and well equipped accommodation offers a relaxing atmosphere with ample of country walks beside the river and through the fields. As well as meeting the farm animals the farm is currently undergoing organic conversion there is lots of wildlife to see including kingfishers sandmartins buzzards and herons maybe an otter or skylark . You can also watch the wildlife on and around the river from the large hide overlooking the River Ottery on the Devon and Cornwall boundary. There are webcams set up to capture the wildlife around the farm which can be viewed on the TV in your cottage you may be lucky enough to watch Swallows eggs hatching in the nest or bats leaving an old barn. A wonderful centre for visiting Cornwall and Devon. Many all year round attractions are within easy travelling distance including The Eden Project Plymouth Aquarium Morwellham Quay and King Arthur's Castle at Tintagel.Leisure facilities: visitors can try their hand at clay pigeon shooting or fishing (both fly and coarse) on the beautiful River Ottery or on the smaller Boles Bridge stream which meander though the farm. Close at hand is the safely enclosed heated outdoor swimming pool (May - September) giant sandpit games room and orchard playing field. Visitors can experience Classic British Motorcycles when guided by John through the lovely North Cornwall scenery.
