Deer Park Cottage adjoins the owners' 18th century farmhouse whilst Deer Park Lookout sits nearby only 2 miles from Roughton village shop and Gunton's railway station and 6 miles from Cromer's seaside attractions. Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (both N.T.) are nearby and the Broads are easily accessible.
