This beautiful home is 2 miles from the lovely village of Blackwater, 7 miles from the bustling Wexford Town. It is tastefully furnished and decorated, with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs, and 2 have ensuites with a separate patio for those fine summer evenings. Blackwater offers an abundance of activities including golfing, horse riding and a stroll along the beach. You are ideally placed for touring the East Coast with its numerous golden sandy beaches and a day trip to Dublin, the capital City, is very worthwhile.

Wexford is a traditional Irish town with narrow streets and everyday evidence of an old way of life (you may well see a local man making his way around town in a horse and trap). Wexford is also possibly the best centre for traditional music on the east coast, with vibrant traditional music sessions in local pubs most nights of the week. Throughout County Wexford, there is a multitude of local and national attractions, something to suit everyone’s taste. Remember, Wexford is the sunny south east - it gets more days of sun in the year than the rest of Ireland. Spirits down here are always sunny. There is a wealth of activities in historic, scenic Wexford. You will never run out things to do. Wexford town is within ten miles of Rosslare Harbour - the gateway to Ireland and Europe. Blackwater is a fabulous village renowned for being a consistent winner of the tidy towns. Blackwater offers a par 3 eighteen hole valley golf course on 40 acres, a challenging and varied course but also a picturesque and enjoyable walk, playable all year. A week is just not long enough to explore this beautiful area!
