This quaint and cosy cottage is situated 1.5 miles outside the harbour town of Dungarvan. Set in the lovely countryside, it has two cosy bedrooms and a large kitchen/diner. An apple orchard sits just outside the French doors of the lovely sitting room with open fire, and there are lovely areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Dungarvan is a wonderful touring base for the sunny southeast and has a variety of outdoor activities to choose from - golf, tennis, fishing, cinema and children's playground. The blue flag beach of Clonea is 3 miles away and Waterford itself offers many other beaches and sandy coves.

Dungarvan hosts a traditional music festival in May, with lots of outdoor concerts and plenty of choice of music in the various pubs.

Dungarvan is also a golfers' paradise with the choice of three 18-hole courses and a pitch and putt course.
The property is just half an hour from local horse racing in the town of Tramore. If you're an avid race goer there is a four day festival in August. Provisional Tramore race dates include 31st Dec 07, 1st Jan 08, 13th and 14th April 08.
