This property is an excellent starting point for those wanting to explore the Medieval capital of Ireland - Kilkenny with its Norman castle - as well as the former Viking point of Waterford, the bustling cosmopolitan Norman town of Wexford and the thriving market town of Carlow.

The village Graiguenamanagh with its river Barrow flowing through it is also a delight for fishing enthusiasts and for walkers, you can explore the many beautiful lochs along its banks. For the more energetic, Brandon Hill is situated just outside the village and cannot be beaten for its view on a clear day. The Blackstairs Mountains and Mount Leinster are close by. There are excellent pubs and restaurants in the village as well as the neighbouring villages of Borris and Inistoige. This wonderful newly constructed house with its bright and airy interior is very suitable for people with mobility problems. Wheelchair ramp access is through the rear. Large ground floor bedroom with ensuite also adds to its suitability.
