This recently refurbished property sits in 1.5 acres of private lawned grounds, with Waterville lake literally lapping up against the edges of the garden (children to be supervised). The house is tastefully furnished inside. There's even a private jetty where - if you let us know in advance - we'll organise your own boat (€30 per day) so you can take a trip around the crystal-clear waters, or perhaps pop out in the morning to catch some salmon or sea trout for breakfast! There is also bicycle hire. Trampoline and football pitch available for the holidaymakers enjoyment

On the ground floor: lounge/diner, kitchen, utility room, 2 twins 1 with ensuite shower room, bathroom.
On the first floor: double with ensuite shower room, twin with ensuite shower room.
Oil and gas central heating, electricity included, wood burner with starter pack, linen and towels included, high chair, travel cot, TV, sky, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, partially enclosed garden, patio area, patio furniture, private off road parking, football pitch, free bicycles available. One small pet welcome.

** This property has access to a lake at the side of the property, may not be suitable for young children
~ Boat Hire - €30 per day for a boat without a motor and €60 per day for a boat with a motor (discount available if required for the whole week - to be discussed with caretaker). Please advise caretaker if you require boat hire before arrival, subject to availability.
~Bicycle Hire - there are 4 bikes available (2 adults and 2 teenage size) caretaker may request a security deposit for these.
~ The Trampoline and Football pitch is available to holidaymakers free of charge.
