Decorated and furnished tastefully throughout, the property provides comfortable accommodation, with a modern well-equipped kitchen and a lovely, traditional style sitting room. Perfect for couples and families alike, the property is ideally located to enjoy the town’s fine selection of shopping and dining facilities, with seafood a local speciality. Banff Bay, with its half a mile of long sandy beach and children’s play area is within easy walking distance. Nearby are the Whisky and Castle trails and the National Trust property, Duff House, while numerous coastal villages lie dotted about the region, just waiting to be explored. An ideal holiday location at any time of the year!

| Often linked with neighbouring Macduff, Banff is set on the shores of a lovely sandy beach and is full of interesting architectural points. The incredible Duff House is a good example – this impressive Georgian mansion which is open to visitors and homes paintings and artefacts from the National Galleries of Scotland. The surrounding area provides a good selection of shops, hotels and restaurants whilst the gorgeous little town of Pennan, situated in a little bay at the base of rugged cliffs, has been not only a smugglers village, but also the location for the movie 'Local Hero'. On both the Whisky and Castle trails, this wonderful little town also boasts multiple fishing, sailing, dolphin watching, surfing, golfing and climbing opportunities, not to mention the breathtaking scenery and stunning sunsets. |
