Situated on a working farm is this converted studio which is on a small development and has been renovated to a very high standard only 1 mile from Riverstown and 14 miles from lively Sligo Town. It is finshed to a very high standard inside with all mod cons and is an ideal haven for couples with the bedroom at the back in its own alcove with the ensuite off it and the living room kitchen off that. There is a river on site which is ideal for fishing or just relaxing watching the swans swim by. Clay Pigeon shooting, golfing, horse riding and boat hire can all be organised by the owner so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Enniscrone a short drive away is well known for its magnificent sunsets and has 3 mile of stretch of sandy Blue Flag beach surrounded by Sand Dunes. The demanding links course is a golfers paradise is a golfers paradise and fisherman can enjoy deepwater off shore fishing and excellent angling is available on Lough Arrow or the famous River Moy. Alternatively tour North to experience the magnificence of the North Mayo coast from Ballina along the coast road to the Mullet Peninsula one of Irelands most westerly areas. Pitch and putt, waterworld, water parks and many beautiful beaches provide fundamentals for keeping the kids happy. Whatever your taste there is something for everyone in this magnificent part of Ireland and this is the perfect home from which to tour all Sligo and the North West has to offer. Sligo's scenic Atlantic Coast has some well-known surfing beaches including Strandhill, Rosses Point and Enniscrone which is also renowned for its golf.
