Ideally positioned within a surprising 25-acres, Hagg Hill Cottage is a newly constructed stone-built cottage built adjacent to Hagg Hill Farmhouse, situated only a few miles west of Gateshead and Netoiletastle. With much care, thought and attention to the finer details Hagg Hill Cottage now provides stylish and tastefully furnished self catering holiday accommodation. Painstakingly created by local talented craftsmen the mix of natural materials ensures this retreat blends beautifully with its surroundings. The open plan living space on the ground floor simply oozes character with its exposed beams and flagstone flooring. The bespoke kitchen features a Belfast sink and large range style cooker. The lounge area focuses upon a wood-burning stove ensuring Hagg Hill Cottage is a cosy choice regardless of the season. Patio doors lead out onto the private garden area where an abundance of bird life can be admired and where an adorable hand-built bridge crosses the pretty burn. On the first floor is an elegant and spacious bedroom; doors leading onto a Juliet balcony brings the outdoors inside; a perfect spot to enjoy the air and watch the amazing array of birdlife that call to visit. A modern en-suite shower room completes the picture.

Hagg Hill Farm oozes historical interest; it dates back to 1720. Today, the extremely friendly owners greet visitors with a very warm welcome to their newly refurbished establishment. There is a riding centre on the land where lessons can be arranged with qualified A1 instructors and livery can be made available if required. Hagg Hill Farm is a family run business and fully approved by the British Horse Society Riding Centre and Livery Yard. The talented owner is also an enterprising glass artist; guests cant fail to be impressed when visiting her workshop

All fuel and power included. Bed linen and towels supplied. Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Private garden area and shared use of extensive grounds. Horse riding lessons and livery available on request. Off road parking for 1 car.
