A cosy detached single storey cottage in the rural village of Reston, 3 miles from St Abbs in the Scottish Borders. This delightful cottage is well furnished to offer comfortable, welcoming accommodation, with a south facing conservatory overlooking the garden to the rear. Reston has two pubs, a shop/post office and a small farm shop. Explore the surrounding countryside and Heritage coastline, which offer great walking opportunities, or enjoy safe bathing and sandy beaches at Coldingham, Eyemouth and Berwick. A great Reston cottage, and an ideal base for a couple or family.

Situated in the Scottish Borders, the village of Reston is just 11 miles from the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Just three miles from the coast, this lovely village offers both a pub and a number of golf courses as well as a range of stunning, sandy beaches and exciting marine life. The picturesque fishing village of St Abbs and the harbour town of Eyemouth are close by and the surrounding countryside is perfect for walking - the nearby Lammermuir Hills offer a variety of great routes, as well as fishing and horse riding. The Scottish capital city of Edinburgh is located to the north and is within easy driving distance whilst the Holy Island of Lindisfarne and Alnwick are located to the south. Electric heaters throughout. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD player etc. Small library of books & games.
