| Beautifully positioned on a quiet, leafy site on the edge of this peaceful Speyside village, this individually designed modern house is an excellent choice for a family holiday. The interior is particularly spacious with very bright rooms and is attractively furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There are large enclosed fenced grass and woodland gardens which enjoy all round sunshine, patio with garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor living and a double garage. Children will thoroughly enjoy the indoor games room with table tennis, etc. There is a wheelchair ramp but the bedrooms are on the upper floor.Nethy Bridge sits in the Cairngorm National Park amongst stunning mountain and forest scenery and has local shops. The property is ideally situated for participating in the wealth of outdoor activities available which include mountain biking on extensive marked trails, golf, walking, climbing, riding, winter sports, water sports and fishing. This is also an ideal base for touring the Highlands, Loch Ness and the Moray Firth coast. The Loch Garten osprey reserve is nearby and Aviemore and Inverness which are both a short drive away offer a wide range of facilities.
