Enjoying an enviable position overlooking the tiny fishing village of Portwrinke and the dramatic coastline of Whitsand Bay and Rame Head this spacious detached property boasts stunning sea views from most rooms. Whilst offering an ideal holiday location for families and walkers its proximity to the adjacent clifftop golf club is also sure to appeal to golf enthusiasts. Attractive villages and beaches dot the coastline Kingsand Seaton and Downderry are all just a few minutes' drive and vast array of attractions lie within easy reach. The National Trust properties of Antony House (5 miles) and the Tudor house and gardens of Cotehele are both close by as is the historic estate and port bordering the Tamar Valley at Morwellham Quay. Plymouth (6 miles by car ferry from Torpoint) offers a great day out and many delights including the marine aquarium the famous Hoe the Barbican and numerous shops and restaurants. To the west the fishing harbours and interesting little shops of picturesque Looe and Polperro are a must to visit. Canoeing horse riding sea fishing and excellent walking on the coastal path are all found nearby as is Mount Edgcumbe Country Park whilst for the young at heart go karting is available near Liskeard (15 minutes' drive). There is a hotel and bar 300 yards away and the local pub is a half mile walk uphill. Shops 5 miles.
