There is a patio at the rear of the property, where stunning views across the rolling countryside can be enjoyed. The coast is within 3 miles and Rye, with its cobbled streets and antique shops is 7 miles. Hastings (with sea Life Centre, smugglers caves), 41/2miles. Battle, approx 8 miles.
