This tranquil holiday village is located just 2 miles outside the bustling historic town of Midleton in East Cork. This two story barn conversion offers comfortable living areas with a sun room overlooking the large open plan garden complete with picnic area and children's playground. Midleton is the spiritual home of Irish whiskey and there is an excellent visitor centre in the town. East Cork holds a host of treasures from Fota Wildlife park, six 18 hole golf courses and is an angler's paradise. Trabolgan water park is well worth a visit as indeed is the whole East Cork area.

Midleton is also a busy shopping centre with a great variety of shops. For food and drink there are small quaint old pubs and bright modern lounge bars. You will find really good pub grub or smaller intimate cafes and restaurants for snacks or light meals. On the other hand if you wish to spoil yourself, you will be surprised at the number of really good restaurants in the town. Midleton also hosts a Food and Drink Festival every year in September, which is well worth a visit.
