Stairs down to ground floor: Double bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom/WC (shower over bath). Second floor: Double bedroom. Bathroom/WC with roll top bath.

This enchanting mill building converted to superb modern standards and beautifully furnished with considerable style still preserve its proud Grade II listed mill heritage. Set in an area of glorious scenic beauty at the heart of the Peak District National Park it lies between the villages of Tissington Parwich and Bradbourne and 5 miles from the charming town of Ashbourne. Locally there is excellent walking and cycling on traffic free trails pony trekking is available less than a mile away and Carsington Lake's water sports and fishing are 4 miles. Alton Towers Splash Landings Chatsworth Haddon Hall Sudbury Hall (N.T.) are within 15 miles. Pretty villages close by boast welcoming inns and tea rooms and a pub and shop are 1¼ miles.
