The Granary is a lovely 'town house' style apartment conveniently situated in the lovely village of Askrigg in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The apartment is centrally placed for exploring the surrounding area, and most ideally positioned for sampling a home made cake or two from the tea room downstairs! The apartment has a spacious lounge diner to the front with original features and views down the village to the countryside beyond. The lounge also benefits from a cosy wood burner - ideal in the winter months and a large table which is perfect to gather round. The bedrooms and bathroom all have original features yet many additional recent touches give the apartment a modern feel. An extra attic bedroom (open to the stairs) with double bed is perfect for children or for flexibility of sleeping arrangements and the zip and link beds can also be made into a super King (please request when booking).
Access is from the rear by an external flight of steps. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Twin beds can be made into Super King - please request when booking. The Attic bedroom on the 3rd floor is open to the stairs (no door). |
