A charming barn conversion set in a quiet location 1.4 miles from Whitford village, and 4 miles from bustling Holywell. Lovingly restored to a high standard and decorated with both charm and style, The Granary offers well equipped accommodation with two stunning bedrooms and views of the Welsh countryside to match. This property is spacious and light, with a rear patio and front lawned garden, both with seating, ideal for soaking up the views in peaceful surroundings with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is excellent walking country on the doorstep, with the property being situated on a bridlepath leading to a wooded hill topped by a Roman watchtower with panoramic views over the sea. From the property can be seen the Clwydian Hill range that provide routes for the more energetic. In close proximity are sandy beaches, famous medieval castles, market towns, craft villages and the ancient, Roman walled city of Chester with its Roman amphitheatre, fascinating architecture and array of styled bars, fine restaurants and shops.

Situated in stunning walking country near the Clwydian Hills, the lovely village of Whitford offers a wide range of activities. With a number of golf courses - including Pennant Park, which boasts a magnificent club-house and far reaching views over the River Dee – this area is very popular amongst fans of the sport. Further down the coast, visitors can enjoy a trip to Winefride's Well, one of the Seven Wonders of Wales – situated in nearby Holywell, in addition to the remains of the 12th Century Basingwerk Abbey. Just a 10 minute drive away are numerous sandy beaches whilst the area is of particular interest to wildlife enthusiasts due to the dunes of nearby Talacre beach - an RSPB recommended watch area. Also within driving distance is the bustling market town of Mold – full of picturesque buildings, shops, pubs and a nationally renowned theatre.
