| Situated in an idyllic location in a woodland clearing, this traditional croft has been recently extended and modernised to provide extremely comfortable accommodation, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Approached by a private farm track, the Muir of Sluie enjoys a peaceful location from which the local wildlife can be observed - red squirrels, Pine Martins, Ospreys and a plethora of birds visit regularly. Forres is only 4 miles away and has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants with the towns of Nairn, Inverness and Elgin close by. Ideal for touring the fishing villages and beaches of the Moray Firth, the beautiful Spey Valley, noted for its malt whisky as well as for exploring the Cairngorm Mountain Range which is within easy driving distance, there are also walks from the doorstep. |
