| This one bedroom, cosy log-cabin, named after one of Pembrokeshires magical islands of wildlife, sits in a very secluded, woodland spot within the six acres of land belonging to the Old Coach House and stares out at the glistening waters of Rosebush reservoir. Set within the National park, in the heart of Pembrokeshire, near the Preseli Hills, Skokholm invites you to holiday amongst the trees, nature and wildlife in complete privacy. Skokholm is the perfect, romantic retreat; its three sets of French doors connect its comfortable, homely interior to the spacious, south-facing veranda and the natural world beyond. It boasts sensational views through the trees to the sparkling blue waters and its isolated position ensures peace and tranquillity reign supreme. In this wild, wooded area with no vehicular access, (private parking exists 20 yards away via a woodland path) rest, relaxation and nourishment for the soul is guaranteed. The six acres of land offer a variety of surroundings for guests to enjoy; pretty gardens lead to natural grounds and woodlands where picnic tables and benches lie perfectly positioned for guests to make the most of these truly beautiful surroundings. With the gentle, soothing, overture of natures very own orchestra, Skokholms veranda has to be the most perfect of all places to sit and lose complete sense of time and place. |
