Set on a working farm it is within easy reach of Alnwick Castle and Gardens Holy Island and Seahouses for boat trips to the seal and puffin colonies of the Farne Islands. The Elizabethan walled town of Berwick-upon-Tweed (3 miles) boasts many shops pubs and restaurants with trains to the exciting cities of Edinburgh and Newcastle (both a 45 minute journey). Golf riding and fishing nearby.
