About The Store Cottage rental includes
Bailey Mill is situated in Liddesdale right in the heart of Border Reiver Country and on the edge of Kershope Forest within easy reach of Hadrians Wall and the Border Forest Park. There are footpaths and mountain bike trails through the forest and horse riding and pony trekking straight from Bailey Mill. Children can adopt a pony for the day (at extra cost), grooming and caring for the pony, learning to ride and riding in the afternoon. Originally an 18th Century grain mill it now provides holiday accommodation in this little known area. With oil fired central heating The Store is all on ground floor level overlooking open countryside and woodland and a play area with mill stream and picnic benches.
