Lying adjacent to the owners' home on the edge of the Broadland National Park an area of unique unspoilt beauty they are within easy reach of coastal path walks day boat hire cycle hire and Great Yarmouth's traditional seaside attractions including a funfair. The historic city of Norwich with its cathedral castle galleries and good shopping is a 40 minute drive as is the charming seaside resort of Cromer. A gentle stroll along Winterton beach may well be rewarded with sightings of the local seal colony
