Guests are welcome to explore the farmland or discover the stunning scenery of Dartmoor, Exmoor and The Blackdown Hills which are within easy reach. Honiton is a mecca for antique hunters, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, pubs and a sports centre. The historic cities of Exeter and Taunton are both 17 miles away, offering many attractions, shopping centres, theatres and restaurants. You will be a comfortable drive to the delightful resorts of Lyme Regis, Seaton, Sidmouth and Exmouth.
The ground floor accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with basin and TV and 1 single with additional pull out bed with basin and TV. Shower room with WC. There is limited space in the bedroom for the travel cot but it will fit easily into the lounge. Lounge with TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi, electric fire, double sofa bed available on request and a conservatory off with comfortable seating. Small dining room leading to the kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Enclosed garden (not dog proof) with outside seating.
