Peacefully situated on a quiet country lane amidst the stunning landscape of the Llyn Peninsula this comfortable single storey cottage sits on the fringes of the small village of Edern and only 1½ miles from the glorious sandy beach at Morfa Nefyn. The location is perfect for exploring both coast and countryside – the nearby coastal path offers wonderful walking and the peninsula's beaches are clean and fabulous (some have rock pools to explore too). The popular resort of Pwllheli (7 miles) is also a favourite with the sailing fraternity and at Criccieth (10 miles) there is a castle sitting high on a rocky promontory overlooking Cardigan Bay. Caernarfon's magnificent castle narrow gauge steam railways and the mountains of Snowdonia are all within easy reach. Shops and a pub serving food are ½ mile.
