| Pensyflog is a wonderful 19th century, semi-detached farmhouse which is situated on a working farm just outside the delightful harbour town of Porthmadog in North Wales. With four bedrooms (two doubles, a twin and a single) and a family bathroom, this cottage can comfortably sleep seven people. The cottage also has a spacious fitted kitchen, a dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the exterior of the cottage is a covered veranda, a front lawn & patio, a large side lawn with furniture and a barbecue as well as off road parking for three cars. Pensyflog is a characterful holiday cottage in a superb location on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and yet is just a short walk from the sea. |

| Cefn-Yr-Efail is a superb converted Smithy in the hamlet of Golan near to the harbour town of Porthmadog on the North West coast of Wales. It has been renovated to a very high standard and can sleep eight people in its four bedrooms that are made up of three doubles (one with ensuite) and one twin. The cottage also has a ground floor family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. There is a gorgeous, fitted farmhouse kitchen with a dining area as well as a spacious living room with a flame-effect electric fire. To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking and a garden with decking, a gravelled area, a lawned area, outside furniture and a barbecue, all with stunning mountain views.
