Close to the market town of Kingsbridge and the yachting haven of Salcombe in the South Hams, the most southerly peninsula in Devon. The region is renowned for its temperate climate and is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A short walk away there is an excellent village store as well as a the pub serving great food adjacent.
