Broome Cottage is a pretty characterful cottage in the heart of the coastal village of Stoke Fleming near Dartmouth. Set over three floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a good sized kitchen diner and comfortable lounge with a log burner to cosy up in front of after a bracing winter walk, or relax in the sunshine in the lovely little garden at the end of a busy day exploring the South Hams. This attractive cottage is tastefully presented and sure to be a popular home to experience all this picturesque area has to offer. Stoke Fleming is positioned in a clifftop location with views out over Start Bay and down towards Blackpool Sands, and standing on the coastal road between the historic naval town of Dartmouth 2 miles away and the pretty town of Kingsbridge 13 miles away. Its position in this area of outstanding natural beauty and on the South West Coast Path lends itself to families and friends looking to enjoy scenic walks, watersports; at nearby beaches such as Blackpool Sands 1 mile away, and is perfect for exploring local villages, towns and local attractions. The village itself has a popular local pub, village shop and restaurant, whilst also benefitting from being on a good local bus route. This village is a really great base for a varied Devon holiday.
