All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan Kitchen with dining area with seating for 4 people & Sitting room with 3 seater sofa . Sun room.

Air-source heat pump central heating with underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed decking with furniture. Private use of lawned area and shared waterside walks (map provided at property). Two well-behaved pets welcome, small welcome dog pack supplied, please bring pet blanket. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 mile. Note: There is unfenced open water surrounding the lodge, children and pets must be supervised at all times. Note: There is to be no swimming or fishing in the lakes. Note: Mobile reception can be intermittent. Note: There is a second private property on site, sections of land have been purposely allocated for guest's use and boundaries should be respected.

Dragonfly Lodge is a lovely cottage close to the village of Mattishall just five miles from Dereham in Norfolk. The cottage can sleep four people and has one double bedroom and one twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request) together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a sun room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with furniture. Dragonfly Lodge is set in a peaceful location and is ideal for getting away from it all and exploring somewhere new.
