Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite walk in shower, 1 x double. Bathroom with bath, bidet, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast area. Sitting room with dining area and open fire.

Background heating is by Smart Heaters which are pre-programmed and cannot be altered. The main source of heating in the Lounge is by an open coal fire (coal and kindling supplied, firelighters are not supplied ) Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Futon available on request.. Please note: There is a step down into the kitchen from the lounge and also into the conservatory from the kitchen.
In the large rear bedroom there is a step down to the sleeping area from the dressing area.
Off road parking for 1 car. Conservatory. Front garden with stream, furniture and BBQ (accessed over a single track road). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: The front garden is accessed over a single track road. Note: Bedding Provided – High Quality Duck Down Feather Quilts and Pillows, if an alternate type is required guests will need to bring own bedding.

Heatherways is a fantastic, terraced cottage. With two bedrooms, a king-size double with an en-suite wet room, and a double, it sleeps four people comfortably. There is also a kitchen with breakfast area and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is a patio with a pond to the front, and a garden with furniture to the rear. There is also off road parking for one car. Heatherways is on the edge of the Peak District National Park, and less than an hour from Manchester city centre, making it great for a varied getaway.
