Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room (seats 5) with dining area.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Additional parking in free public car park 50 yards away. Small enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk. Note: Bedroom with adult bunks is very cosy and is more suited for children. Note: Railway station with regular trains 3 mins walk, minimal noise can be heard. Note: no stag/hen parties or similar. Please enquire with office if unsure as no single sex parties allowed. Note: this property requires a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £100.

The cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a room with adult bunks, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis, with additional parking in the free public car park 50 yards away. There is also a small, enclosed, rear courtyard with furniture. Y Garth is a wonderful base for your self-catering holiday.
