Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Sky TV, WIFI, iPod dock, CD Player/ Digital Radio with Bluetooth connection, selection of games, books and DVD’s. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove/fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car. Private rear garden with decking, BBQ and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved adult dog allowed. Shop and pub 2.3 miles. Note: There is a low ceiling on the staircase. Note: Property is suitable for families or 4 adults. Note: one adult well behaved dog welcome from 10 November 2018. Dogs not allowed upstairs.
