Open plan living room into dining conservatory with comfortable seating, TV with Freesat and dining table seating four. Galley kitchen off the living area with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Outside: Enclosed south west facing garden laid to lawn and shrubs with views over the beautiful grounds. Decking from the conservatory includes garden furniture. Access to the beautiful grounds surrounding the farm including the tennis court. Children must be supervised at all times due to the pond.
