Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with multi channels. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawns to front, side and rear of cottage with gravel area and garden furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Pub/shop/restaurant 3 miles.
