Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Saorview, DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden and patio to front and rear with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: There is a small stream in the front garden, children to be supervised.

Farmhouse is a delightful detached cottage, located in the beautiful countryside of County Cork, 3.5 miles from Ballydehob. There are two double bedrooms and one twin, as well as a shower room with basin and a separate basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area (seating 2), a sitting room with dining room (seating 4) and woodburner. There is also a second sitting room. Outside is off road parking for three cars plus a lawned garden to the front and rear with patio and furniture. Farmhouse sits a tranquil location, within easy reach of Cork's beautiful coast, offering a wonderful base from which to discover this delightful area.
