| The property consists of two double bedrooms one with king-sized bed and one with small double 4ft a twin bedroom and family bathroom shower over bath upstairs Downstairs is the sitting room separate dining room kitchen and another toilet Sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms plus cot on request One King-size double bedroom one small double and one twin Easy walking distance into the village and pubs restaurants shops Sitting room and separate dining room Upstairs bathroom with shower over bath plus second downstairs toilet Private and enclosed garden courtyard Off-road parking for up to up to 3 cars on the gated drive Wireless broadband available at no extra cost TV with Freeview provided Electricity and heating included Towels and linen provided Dogs welcome 2 max for 25 supplement Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am Appliances and equipment Greenways kitchen is fitted with fridge freezer washing machine microwave electric oven and hob Other equipment includes toaster kettle a variety of kitchen utensils cookware cutlery crockery and glasses A television with Freeview is provided in the living room with a DVD player and a CD player There is wireless broadband in the property available at no extra cost A cot is available on request please request it when booking so we can make sure it is available for your stay There is a stair gate fitted at the top of the stairs and another one can be places at the bottom of the stairs if needed An iron with ironing board is available for your use and a hair dryer is provided for your convenience Electricity and heating Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation Greenways is fitted with storage heaters Greeways has electric storage heaters Linen and towels Bed linen duvets blankets and towels are provided for your convenience but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips Please note that bed linen is not provided for the cot Other provisions A small amount of tea coffee sugar milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive There may also be other non-perishable items like a salt pepper and a few herbs or spices available Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid and surface cleaner will be present in the property One or two toilet rolls will be provided Outside the property The driveway is fitted with gates so once these are closed the property is enclosed There is a small flower garden to the front and a larger lawned area to the rear of the property with table and chairs Parking Off-road parking for two cars is available directly outside the property on the drive Dogs One dog is welcome by prior arrangement A supplementary fee of 25 will be added to your invoice to cover additional cleaning costs Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time Smoking Greenways is strictly non-smoking Arrival and departure The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests Changeover days Greenways is available for week-long bookings and short-breaks Please see the availability page for further details |
