Hosting three bedrooms: one ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link) and two doubles, able to sleep a total of six guests. There is also a family bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs provides an open-plan kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has a courtyard patio area with furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Grooms Cottage is a wonderful choice for a rural break to the East Midlands.
