Step straight into Hideaway, all ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.

Electric heating. Electric hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi, DVD and Bluray, selection of books, games and DVDs. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, free public parking in the village. Front enclosed lawn with furniture. Shop and pub 2 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Washer/dryer in the bathroom cupboard. Please note - the bungalow is approximately 20-30 yards from the car park, this is accessed via a gentle to moderate slope. There is one small step outside the gate another 1 step in the garden and 2 steps leading up to the property.
