| The house is entered on the upper level. Thekitchen dining roomwith its Travertine flooring and new modern facilities such as a dishwasher,microwave, large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, built in oven, dining table with seating for 8, and all kitchen requirements. Across the hallway is the den, agames roomTV/DVD Blu-Ray, plus the ability to make this into an occasional 4thbedroom by way of a double sofa bed, on this same level is acloakroomwith WC and wash hand basin.
