Please note: hot tub will be up to temperature by around 6pm on the evening of arrival. Please note: zip-link beds will be made up as a super-king size bed unless requested to be made into twin beds upon booking. Please note: this property does not accept stag/hen or similar parties. Property is let for quiet family breaks. Please note: there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200 to be paid directly to the owner and returned 48 hours after departure.
