Entrance via pretty steps down into lower ground floor reception room which is full of character with a designer sofa bed (for occasional use) which provides an alternative area to relax in after a busy day.
Stairs up to the ground floor into the modern kitchen/diner with integrated electric oven, electric hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, DAB radio with Bluetooth and fridge-freezer; small dining table with seating for four.
Sliding doors lead to the attractive lounge with comfortable modern sofa and chairs, TV, slate fire place with electric wood burner effect fire.

Sandpipers has been lovingly converted to a high standard to provide a very special one bedroom boutique holiday home right in the centre of the popular Georgian market town of Lymington. Full of character with some creative and inspired touches to appreciate, visitors will enjoy relaxing here after fun filled days in and around Lymington and the New Forest National Park. The property comprises of a well-equipped modern kitchen/diner, two charming reception rooms on different floors, attractive contemporary bedroom, pristine shower room and south west facing courtyard garden. Lymington, is a thriving market town with famous Saturday market, a variety of boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a few minutes; walk from Sandpipers. Take a short stroll to the pretty Town Quay and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the local fisherman landing their catches and watching the boats moving along the river. It is possible to take a boat trip from here into The Solent. The local station is also within a few minutes; walk from where you can catch a train to Lymington Pier for the ferry to Yarmouth, Isle of Wight or Brockenhurst for the New Forest and further afield. There are plenty of local attractions within an easy drive that can be visited from Lymington including Beaulieu Motor Museum, the villages within the New Forest, south coast beaches at Milford on Sea and Bournemouth.
