Tamarisk is a three bedroom bungalow situated just above the seaside village of Polzeath. The sitting area has views over the village and Polzeath beach, which are both within easy walking distance of the property.

The property also offers a patio and garden area equipped with outdoor furniture and a handy charcoal barbecue.

Polzeath is a popular coastal village having several shops including surf shops, pubs and cafes. The beach is large and sandy, watched over by lifeguards in the summer months and ideal for surfing. For more extensive shopping facilities the town of Wadebridge offers all town amenities including cinema and leisure centre and is approximately six miles away.
