Cois Atlantic is a spacious dormer bungalow is situated on the outskirts of the town of Ballina in County Mayo of Ireland. The property can sleep six people in four bedrooms which are made up of a ground floor double with en suite to include separate shower, WC and basin, a double with en suite to include separate shower, WC and basin, a double, a single bedrooms as well as a separate bathroom and a cloakroom. The rest of the accomodation is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside is enclosed gardens with lawn area to the front and a paved driveway with concrete patio area to rear of property as well as parking for five cars.
