Oil central heating, 3 woodburning stoves in the main house (and 1 in the summer house). Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, TVs, a selection of books and games and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburners inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 5 cars. Front enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture and barbecue. One well behaved dog welcome (charged @ £25.00). Sorry, no smoking. Pub 3/4 mile and shop 2 miles. Gardens with 'plunge 'pool (fed by natural spring Note: whilst the pond and plunge pool are in a separate, gated part of the garden, children must be monitored at all times when outside.Can be booked along with Tickmorend Barn (Property Ref: 1012278) to provide accommodation for 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.

Tickmorend Farm House is located in Horsley, just 2 miles from Nailsworth. It has five bedrooms: two king-size with en-suite facilities, 2 doubles and one twin. There are aklso three further family bath / shower rooms and a separate ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, with breakfast table, a dining area, sitting room and a sun-room. Outside has a front enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture and a barbecue. There are also extensive grounds - including 'plunge' pool, orchard and paddock. Off-road parking is available for 5 cars. Tickmorend Farm House is a wonderful retreat for large families or a group of friends.
